Not, “What is the purpose in Life?” but rather, “What causes
the urge to think that there should be a purpose in life?”.
And the answer to that question should be an intuition
regarding deep consciousness/ neurology rather than a rationalisation about
cultural conditioning.

……………
You may like to smile to your food before you put it in your
mouth.
When you chew it, you are aware that you are chewing it, and
don’t put anything else into your mouth, like your projects, your worries, your
fear, just put the carrot in, and when you chew, chew only the carrot, not your
projects or your ideas.

Renunciant frugality - Not really such an odd phrase but
when you Google it this is the only site it comes up with - and it is one of
mine?
