bliss bus

Exercise:

  • Get on board a bus
  • Close your eyes and label the sounds
  • Stay with the more noticeable sounds – bring the mind back when it strays
  • Stop labelling
  • Open your eyes
  • Be non-judgmentally aware of stuff arising – thoughts, feelings, moods
  • Let it go
  • Get off the bus
